2. Overview

This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no external scripts. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to font providers. There is no contact form.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the website, Netlify automatically processes technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating system (user agent) and HTTP status code. This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website). Netlify processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR). Netlify stores log data only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (for example your name, email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. No cookies, no tracking

We do not set cookies, do not use local storage for tracking and do not create user profiles. Links to other websites are plain links; no data is transferred to them unless you click them.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). 7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany, datenschutz.hessen.de.

8. Security

The website is delivered exclusively via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

9. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place on this website.
